Cranberry Cream Pie

Comments:
This pie was easy to make and added nice variety to the traditional pumpkin pie this Thanksgiving. Definitely let it refrigerate the full 4 hours.

Comments:
Very good taste - those spices did their job - but it does take a little longer to make for a fairly simple-sounding dish.

Beans, Corn & Greens Soup

kale or collard greens

canned beans (black, white or red, black-eyed, etc.)
frozen corn

Comments:
A very colorful soup, with plenty of flavor; the greens are a strong taste. Extremely quick and easy to make, great with crusty bread. Leeks can substitute for onions to further speed things up.
