Chilean Bean Stew
Ingredients:
onions
garlic
cayenne
butternut squash
corn (fresh, frozen, canned)
pinto beans
basil (fresh)

Comments:
Well worth the effort of cutting up a squash. Worked fine with a Hubbard squash, too.
