Beans, Corn & Greens Soup

Ingredients:
onions
cumin
fennel
red pepper flakes or cayenne
kale or collard greens
canned tomatoes
canned beans (black, white or red, black-eyed, etc.)
frozen corn
vegetable broth
cilantro (garnish)

Comments:
A very colorful soup, with plenty of flavor; the greens are a strong taste. Extremely quick and easy to make, great with crusty bread. Leeks can substitute for onions to further speed things up.
